I will work to ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience.  I do my best to not miss signatures and I strive to get all paperwork filled out completely and correctly.  On the rare occasion that a mistake is made, I will correct it as soon as possible. I will also keep you in the loop on when I get to the signing, leave the signing, and about how the signing went.
