My name is Latitia Carter and I am a State of Texas Notary/Signing Agent. My previous experience includes working in the Real-estate industry  as a New Homes Sales Counselor for new home builders and as a independent  Loan Officer. So in 2020, I decided that I wanted to become a Notary and ultimately decided to become a Signing Agent.
