Hi … I am a certified notary and signing agent through National Notary Associates (NNA). I am available 24/7 because I understand some schedules need special accommodations. Also, my background is that I am an accountant with over 30 years’ experience that includes great customer service, very detailed oriented, and love interacting with different people to help them reach their goal. I carry E & O insurance of $100,000 and I have my background check cleared via NNA available upon request. I have an awesome printer that prints 45ppm, a portable scanner, and a laptop with a hotspot so scan backs and same-day drop is the goal. I take the time to review the documents when I receive them when the client is signing them, and I double-check after to help make it an error-free signing. I have completed various signings like Refinance, Deed of Trust, PCOR, FHA loan modifications, & HUD, to name a few. To date, I have completed over 500 signings. I commute all over Virginia like Newport News, Norfolk, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach & Hampton to name a few locations.
