All forms get filled out every time; signatures, initials and stamps don't get missed; PCOR gets done correctly; tax returns, statements of explanation and termite reports get signed and dated; and all WA notary laws are followed.

I preview all documents and call with any questions or clarifications needed prior to signing. I'll call you from the signing table if needed. Fedex and UPS packages being dropped before cutoff is always priority and drop receipts are uploaded to platform or emailed.

I'll fix ANYTHING without using excuses, blaming, whining or charging.
