As a retired Air Force veteran, I have experience in high stress environments where professionalism remains the top priority. I also have experience in the federal government as a contract specialist and understand the need for attention to detail, communication, and time management. I hold a $1M policy for E&O Insurance and certified to complete RONs. I have experience completing purchases, seller packages, refinances, loan modifications, and HELOCs.  I am knowledge in completing VA/FHA forms required for all loan types.
