I do my very best not to miss any dates, initials, or signatures BECAUSE again, I know that leads to funding conditions. I always ensure that the dates are correct on notice of right to cancel, and I know to have the borrower initial any corrections to the notice of right to cancel if the dates had to be corrected. Or, if the lines are blank, I'll have the borrower fill in the dates themselves.
