I am a Nurse by Trade three Days a week in the largest hospital in Maine since 1987 I have had experience with working with the public I have done home setting, been in the Jungles of Panama  Canal as well Gorgas army Hospital in the Republic of Panama I have dealt with Trauma cases Emergency’s, as well as people with psychiatric problems In my spare time I am an NNA certified/background, checked Signing agent with 25000 E&O Insurance. I've been a notary since 1999. I travel to private homes, offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and other agreed-upon venues. I have experience in HELOC's, First& Second Mortgages, Refinances, loan, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Standard Home Sales, VA Loans Modifications loans, Reverse Mortgagees I-9's, various settlement agreements, as well as general notary matters such as affidavits, wills, powers of attorney, trusts, verification of photocopies and performed marriages I am also a Visual inspector for On source taking pictures of insurance claims and Metro Inspectors taking photos and short interviews with people trying to get financing for their business I'm reliable and love interacting with people and mostly sharing in their Happy Times.Positives outcomes in Customer Service is my specialty
