I am a fully mobile Notary Signing Agent for Washington State. I am equipped with a dual tray laser printer in vehicle and in office! I am fluent in American Sign Language as it is my second language of 30 years. I have conducted over 200 Error free signings. I also have over 5 years in the real estate industry doing asset recovery for lenders. Personal signing experience consists of working with with buyers, sellers, refinancing, VA refinancing, HELOCs, piggy backs, reverse mortgages, loan modifications. The majority of my business has been residential, but I have also closed multiple commerical signings, and am familiar with trusts, estates, and power of attorney closings. I typically service the rural and remote areas in my county and surrounding counties. I am happy to travel to homes with pets, kids, farm animals, place of employment, or closing at a local coffee shop. Whatever is needed to accommodate the signers needs and get the job done and ensure a successful closing.
