 I am a Commissioned Notary Public in the State of Virginia who specializes in the process of obtaining and notarizing signatures on documents.

I have over (20) years of federal and private sector contracting experience to include negotiating contractual terms, executing, collecting, compiling, and verifying legal documents.

 I am a professional that is very detailed oriented, an excellent multi-tasker with an energetic work attitude, and a courteous demeanor. I pride myself on doing an excellent job and getting closings completed in a timely manner knowing deadlines are very important in the mortgage and title industry.

• I will provide scan backs as requested

• I will drop docs on time for next-day delivery for all closings

• I will notarize "at" the signing

• I will notarize only if I witness the signer sign the documents

• I will never rush or pressure the signers to sign

I have excellent computer and data entry experience ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, I provide impeccable customer service and I conduct all signings with confidence, integrity, and professionalism.

I am organized and work well under pressure, and I have a flexible schedule that accommodates last-minute assignments.
