I am an NNA Certified Signing Agent and commissioned as a Notary Public of the State of Maryland. I am also a Licensed Title Insurance Producer.

Several hands-on training has given me the knowledge of various loan documents and notarial certificates.

I can ensure the following:

• I will arrive at the appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late
• I will not print documents double-sided
• Will drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4 p.m.
• Will re-check documents for completion of signatures, dates, and notarizations before leaving the client.
