Therefore, I will do my best to not miss signatures, initials, dates, and any forms that need to be filled out as I know that it could potentially lead to a delayed closing, re-sign, or missed rate lock. After a signing, I will scan back the documents if needed and promptly return the loan docs on the same day or as soon as possible through FedEx or in person if needed.
