My services are performed prompt, accurately, professionally, and ethically; maintaining proper procedures, and regulations efficiently. I am astute on all Texas Notary laws and very detailed to ensure that all laws are strictly followed. I have met the requirements to conduct loan signings and always pursuing additional education to expand my knowledge. I will travel to your home, office, or public space agreed upon per request. I service Southeast Harris County area to include Southeast Houston, Webster, Friendswood, Clear Lake City, League City, and surrounding towns. If needed during the signing, I reach out to the Lender or Title Company. I accept fax, overnight, E-documents, and printing fees are included.
