Williamson & Williamson (REDC) will provide real estate asset management services to maximize the value and return on investment of various properties, this includes finding the highest and most consistent sources of revenue, reducing expenditures whenever possible and exercising risk management. Providing university housing for financially challenged students is another avenue that will be offered for various communities. A key aspect of our business will be to act as a Signing Agent which offers nationwide mobile and digital notary services for Title Companies, Mortgage Lenders and Escrow Companies.
