Hello, I am a notary loan signing agent for the past year. I have done refinance, HELOC, loan modifications, Buyer Only, Seller Only, Buyer & Seller and reverse mortgages. I also was a licensed real estate agent; however, while working in real estate, I learned that I'm more of a "behind the scenes" person. I really enjoy real estate but once I got my notary commission and learned about loan signings, I enjoy this aspect of real estate much more!
