I have had my notary commission in Michigan since 2020.  Prior to that I was commissioned in Texas and California. I have notarized land contracts, deeds, affidavits , powers of attorney and more.  I recently completed my Notary Signing Agent Course with the National Notary Association. I have worked in Mortgage and Real Estate since 2004 as a processor, underwriter, Realtor and Loan Officer.  I have contracted as a due diligence underwriter who is responsible for ensuring closing documents are signed correctly by both signing agent, borrower and sellers.
