I have been a real estate agent since 2010 and I have had hundreds of closings.  I am at each closing in person, so I am very familiar with all the loan documents for the sale and purchase of a home.  I am also familiar with other legal documents such as affidavits, reverse mortgages, quit claim deeds, and anything pertaining to short sales or foreclosures.

As a part time real estate agent and investor, I am extremely flexible with my time and could be ready for last minute or evening signings.  I am prepared to travel throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and am committed to getting documents delivered as quickly as possible to title companies and lenders with my mobile scanner and computer.
