I'm a professional notary who represents the client(s) that I work for and make sure to follow all instructions that are given to me. I call signer(s) to confirm appointment time, date and location immediately. Before signing I make sure to properly identify the signer and after completing the signing, I triple check the documents for any missing signatures, stamps, etc. as not to cause any funding errors or delays and then drop the documents off immediately to a drop off location once given the approval.  Client satisfaction is my goal.
