I have $100k E&O Insurance coverage and an updated background screening. I am available for evening signings from 4pm to 10pm in the Bronx, New York and Lower Westchester County. I have a dual tray laser printer and I accept edocs and mailed docs. I am proficient and capable to do signings in Refinance, Purchase, Seller, HELOC etc. documents. I will always provide white glove service to all clients and will give borrowers a professional experience.
