By hiring me I will ensure the borrower has a great signing experience.  I will ensure all documents have proper signatures and dates have been captured and filled out completely.  I will also ensure all the key documents such as Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 are filled out correctly.  If on a rare occasion a mistake, I will ensure to correct ASAP and stop whatever I am doing to do so.  I know where all the FEDEX, UPS, and DHL dropboxes are, which will ensure all documents are returned promptly and will follow up to let you know all documents have made the drop.   You can be confident by working with me you can count on great communication and know you have an NSA that will get the job done.  I look forward to working with you
