Hawa Russell is the Managing Director of HR Notary Public LLC.

She graduated from California State University Fresno with a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management with an emphasis in Architecture. She has worked as an Assistant Superintendent and also as a Construction Consultant.

Hawa has served as a California Democratic Delegate and represented her district in the 2017 elections in Sacramento, CA.

Hawa moved to Indiana to be closer to family and started an outdoor mystery hunt business with her sisters know as Skid-Z Hunt. Now living in Fishers, IN, Hawa is embracing entrepreneurship as Notary Public for the State of Indiana.
