I have been self employed since 1980 with various ventures, mortgage broker company and 24/7 restaurant, as well as time at a national lender as a loan processor and then a loan officer, so notary and loan closings were the next logical step. My experience in the loan industry has given me a greater insight into what the customer may have encountered on their journey to the completion of their loan. For nearly 20 years I have been a full-time Mobile Notary Public, NNA Background Checked, Certified Signing Agent and Trusted Enrollment Agent. I carry Error and Omissions Insurance. I have my Maine Notary Certificate as well as my NH Commissioner of Deeds. In Maine, I service York County and southern parts of Cumberland County. In NH, I service parts of both Rockingham County and Strafford County. I have closed loans for a wide variety of companies, lenders, title companies, signing companies and attorneys. All types of loans have been experienced, purchases, sales, refinances, reverse mortgages, debt consolidations.
