I am a retired training manager after 40 years in the utility industry. In the utility industry, as well as training and development, keeping up with current rules, regulations, and laws is absolutely necessary. It means one has to have self development at the top of their list. This business is no different to me. I am a self starter and motivated to doing my very best at all times. I have worked in both corporate America and retail. I've also been in independent marketing. My customer service, leadership and communication skills are good. I've dealt with people from all levels and backgrounds. I am also proficient in various computer systems. Planning and organizing my work is very important.
