I have been in business for 17 years as a Mobile Notary. I have performed over 5000 refinance, purchase, seller and heloc signings, reverse mortgages and business loans. Providing wonderful customer service to my clients is my number one priority. As a long time notary I feel it is important to show integrity, compassion, empathy, and patience when working with my customers. Depending on the type of documents being notarized, the process may be lengthy so I make sure that no matter the circumstances, my clients and I have a positive experience. As a Mobile Notary I am always representing Escrow companies, Banks, and Law offices. During my time with the customer I am the face of these companies and it is important for me to always represent them professionally. If I am unable to answer your questions, and the answers cannot be found in the documents, I will always work to contact someone that can assist you and me in completing the process. When I arrive at your home or a designated location I will provide you with a copy of your documents and all the equipment to complete the appointment. I hope when our appointment is complete all of your needs are met and if any issues arise I will take steps to provide a resolution. .
