I was trained in the Loan Signing System by Mark Wills on all types of signings from purchases, HELOCs, Refi's, Reverse mortgages, Loan modifications, FHA/VA, as well as seller packages. All of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. I know some signing agents miss the top signature line on the front page of the 1003. I do not.
