My name is Genia Tubbs, your friendly, educated, and knowledgeable signing agent, who has been on the job for almost 2 years in February 2023. Within this time frame, I have conducted over 150 signings to include, refinances, reverse mortgages, relocation mortgages, buyers, sellers, annuities, settlements, power of attorney forms, wills, and other miscellaneous forms. With much practice, I pay very close attention to detail in order to complete signings with little to no corrections needed. I am very careful when it comes to following and abiding by the rules given for each individual signing. I pride myself in providing exceptional customer service, as well. I am willing and able to ensure a timely signing. I provide the printing of documents, scanning, and packaging if needed. I accept signings from 7am-9pm everyday of the week. I am available when needed.
