My name is ED CORTEZ, an Army veteran and bilingual in English and Tagalog and very excited to work with you for all your loan signings.

Hiring me for your signing will ensure that every borrower have a great signing experienced.

For every signing job I have been assigned to, you can be sure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. Also I triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure its filled out correctly.

If on rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I'm doing and fix it for you ASAP.

Third, all documents that are completed will be returned on soon as signings are over.

I cover the Hampton Roads area in Virginia and Richmond, VA. Willing to travel over 100 miles or more from my home address.
