I am a Loan Signing System certificate holder. I specialize in refinances and debt resolutions. I always go through the documents with the signer(s) and explain their significance and never take it upon myself to go with my best judgement if there is a problem, because I understand that affects a plethora of things, especially the lock rate on loans. I do my best to make the FedEx drop off times, because I understand that also affect the funding for the loan(s). I am available 25/8, even on weekends.
