Hello.  My name is Diana, but everyone calls me "Diane".   

I am a New Mexico native and UNM Alumni (everyone's a Lobo...Woof, Woof, Woof!).   

I have been a notary public since approximately 1997 and have a background in title beginning in 1999 when I entered the business as an Escrow Closer.  From 2006 to 2010, I worked as an Escrow Officer.  Additionally, from 2007 to 2010, I held an Insurance Producer License with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. 

I am well versed in various forms of transactions, such as:  purchases, refinances, cash sales, reverse mortgages and owner financing.  I estimate that during my 11 years in the title industry, I closed or assisted in closing a minimum of 700 transactions, which included residential, commercial and vacant land properties.  I left the title business after the market crash, but still miss the business and meeting new people.
