I have Been a Mobile Notary for 19 years. I have worked with a lot of lenders, title companies, lawyers. I have been NNA Certified. I have taken a TRID training thru Notary Pro. I have Multiple Certification thru Various Companies. I recently got my Mobile Notary Certification for E-signings thru Pavaso. I haven't not gotten my full certification with them yet but plan very soon. I just passed my Certification with my state to do full Electronic Notary Signings. I have done Purchases, Refinance, HELOC Loans. REO Purchases. I have done a few for car purchases. I have experience also with Loan Modifications, Debt Settlements, The Seller side of a closing. I have experience with Manufactured Home docs, e-sign for partial docs. I try to be professional but not so stiff that the consumer is not relaxed. I enjoy what I do.
