I have experience with Buyer/Seller, refinance, VA Loans and reverse mortgages. I typically travel the entire Carson Valley and Stateline locations. I provide accurate, professional and friendly service to make the signing experience a pleasant one. I always provide wrapped pens, wear a mask and provide a copy of documents for the signers to keep. Signed completed loan documents are immediately shipped following completed signing. I am certified with the NNA as well as completed my certification with the Loan Signing System, current background check and E&O insurance. I keep myself up to date on new forms such as the new 1003, etc. My prior work history has been mainly customer service as I worked at Harrahs Lake Tahoe Hotel and Casino for 26 years. I have been fully vaccinated. I am also on Snapdocs, Signing Order and have worked with several Title Companies such as Timios, First American, Stewart and Old Republic. I pride myself on complete, accurate and neat notarizations. I love me job as a Notary Signing Agent mostly because I enjoy meeting new people. Usually when they see me they have reason to celebrate so it's very rewarding.
