 Della A. Beaver, the owner of DAB Notary, LLC. has over  30 years experience working as a corporate, real estate and litigation paralegal. She has worked with several law firms throughout the United States. Her duties include, but are not limited to, real estate document review, contract drafting,  review and negotiations, corporate governance, forming/maintaining legal entities, drafting and analyzing legal documents including resolutions, minutes, bylaws and policies among other paralegal duties.

We are certified by Loan Signing Services and National  Notary Association  to provide Loan Signing Services.

We are licensed to perform notary services by the Pennsylvania Department of State.
