With over 1000 Signings as an LSA, I am efficient in walking clients through the important documents in a Loan Signing Package: The Closing Disclosure, the Note, the Deed, and other disclosures included in the package. I help clients to understand what they are signing by guiding them through the loan docs. In addition, explaining the importance of the Notice of Right to Cancel with the correct date and initials as needed is crucial. With my professional background I know how to present documents, important forms that must be filled out such as a PCOR, Statement of Information, Trust Certification, Disbursements of Proceeds, etc. I double check to prevent missing signatures, initials, or dates, including any section where there is no notarization on my part. I make sure your documents are dropped off in a timely manner at the designated shipping company for same day pick up, unless the signing concludes after the last pick up.  I have also performed Non Mortgage related notarizations, such as: Power of Attorney, Trust, Auto Loan, etc.
