I realize I am an extension of you and I want to ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience!  I will completely review each document to ensure that all signatures, initials and dates are complete and filled out correctly.  I will also confirm the crucial documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003 and the PCOR are filled out properly and completely.

If there is an error, I will be sure it is corrected ASAP.
