Experience includes all types of loan closings such as purchases, standard refinances, second mortgages, piggy back loans, home equity lines of credit, and reverse mortgages. I have been commissioned since 2004. I received my e-notary in 2021. I have completed IPEN’s and RON closings.

My office is equipped with cable internet, high speed dual tray HP laser jet printer for the convenience of e-docs, fax machine and the ability to copy, scan and send documents in a PDF format. Same day appointments and last minute rush closings are not a problem. I have excellent communication skills, attention to details, am always courteous and kind, and the ability to make the borrowers comfortable with the transaction at hand.
