I provide all signers updated arrival time expectations. Even though we've confirmed meeting at a specific time, I've found overwhelming appreciation from borrowers they have a live ETA. When I physically arrive, I've found they also appreciate knowing I'm there and to expect me at their door in a minute or two.

I've made a mistake or two, though I have an exceedingly low mistake rate (less than 1%), and will immediately take steps to correct anything I don't catch so you're not fretting about the whereabouts of your notary.
