I've been a Notary/ Loan Signing Agent since May 2020. Have learned tons of the do's & dont's in this industry. Sometimes things can be running very smooth and other times things can get a little rough. It's all apart of life. That's why i have some of the best mentors around like the NNA, Loan Signing System, & Notary2pro etc. They have taught me so much about what it takes to become an successful Notary/ Loan Signing Agent. From things like filling out an PCOR, Trust certification, 1003, Power Of Attorney, Notice Right to Cancel, make fedex & ups drops on time, provide scan backs etc. This has been a ton fun along the way & lots of nice professional relations built the right way.
