I am a certified loan signing agent assisting with refinances, VA loans, Loan mods, HELOCSand more. All loan documents are checked in detail for signatures, dates, and initials. All notarizations will be completed accurately for necessary documents. A comprehensive summary of each document will be given to the signer and any questions I am not able to answer will be directed back to the Signing Service and/or Lender. I also won't forget to have them check the signatory box on the 4506-T form.

Overnight docs or Scanbacks will be handled within 24 hours of the loan signing appointment and tracking will be provided immediately.
