With a background in Sociology and working at non-profit organizations providing services for at risk youth both directly and administratively, I have always had a heart for people with the belief that all people deserve respect and compassionate care no matter what services they are receiving. After my family dynamics changed, I moved into the private sector as a customer services rep and eventually office manager for a gymnastics facility. There I was able to apply these same principles along with my skillset of detailed data entry, trainer, bookkeeping, along with continuous quality improvement to personally as well as help the business as a whole provide top notch compassionate services to our clients. After years of providing this skill set to other businesses, I found it was time for me to grow and go into business for myself to achieve a better work life balance. Being a Notary Signing Agent gives me the best opportunity to get that personal quality one on one customer service I love while also being able to provide detailed quality work. I enjoy the important milestones we help facilitate through Notary work. In addition, I also apply these same principles to the bookkeeping services I provide. I not only provide accurate work but also add a personal touch because behind every business are real people who are going through life circumstances both in and outside of work. I pride myself in not only delivering a good product but also being able to read people and situations and quickly adapt to problems and needs that arise.
