I have been in Real Estate since 1998.  Got my license in TN then and in 2018 got my WA license.

ALso, got my Notary and became a NSA thru NNA. 

Since 2020, I have done over 1500 signings.

I've done Refi, Seller, Purchase, VA, Reverse, and other.  

As a Realtor in TN I spent 10 years at the closing table with a Real Estate attorney.  There I gained my knowledge and understanding of the docs.  

Since  the start of COVID, I have been doing just Notary NSA signings.  I service Kitsap, and parts of Mason & Jefferson counties. 

Other areas are negotiable on distance.
