I became a Realtor in 2002 which gave me an initial understanding of loan docs so became a Notary in 2006. During this time I have closed hundreds of properties and took the time to accompany buyers/sellers to their signings. I always present myself in a professional manner, pay great attention to detail, and do not allow my understanding of the documents and loan process get in the way of allowable notary practices. I am willing to discuss additional travel fees if traveling longer distances would be required.
