Have been a loan signing Notary in California and Missouri for 20 years along with being a Mortgage Loan Originator for the same amount of time. Full knowledge of terms regarding mortgage loans. Have done well over thousand of signings. In good standing with all companies that I have worked with. I am very detail minded, I review all documents before I meet with client, then double check for accuracy after signing. I would like to have at least 2 hours notice providing me time to print documents and of course review. I am prompt, never late. I have good knowledge of all loans as I have been a loan originator for over 20 years.
