I triple check each and every document to ensure the signatures, dates, and initials are complete and filled out correctly. I also quadruple check key documents like the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to make sure they are filled out correctly. If on rare occasion a mistake is made, I will fix it ASAP!
