I was familiar with closing docs before that, as I was a signing agent in Colorado until I was very busy with real estate. The real estate closings provided me with extensive knowledge closing loans through being a signing agent. I have closed clients purchasing a new build, a pre-owned home or condo, refinancing of a home and HELOC loans.
