I live in Vancouver Washington. The majority of my signings are in Clark County. I have experience as a realtor, an assistant to a loan officer and a loan processor. I understand the steps the loan officers, lenders and title companies take to get the documents prepared and the transaction to the table. Communication, professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail are my priority. I always have the loan officer and escrow officers phone number at each signing, prepared to call if the signers have any questions. My goal for each signing is to make is as professional, and stress free as possible.
