I am a full-time Certified Notary Signing Agent in DC and Maryland.  As a member of the National Notary Association, I have completed their certification courses as well as the Notary Essential course, I have undergone extensive training at Prince George’s Community College and passed the certification course to become a licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) for the state of Maryland.  Additionally, I have $1 million dollars in E&O insurance and a current background check.

I have successfully closed more than 800 loans including refinances, purchase, seller, equity and loan modifications.  I am professional, reliable, detail oriented, dependable and motivated, and I ensure that all documents are executed properly and in compliance with all relevant State laws and regulations. 

Finally, I have a complete mobile setup including a laser printer, laptop and scanner in my car which makes those last minuet appointments easy to do from the road.  I am available on  a fulltime basis Sunday-Friday.
