Notary Public commissioned in South Carolina. Serving the public with General Notarizations, as well as; loan documents, obtaining and notarizing these documents to close the loan transactions. When necessary under the supervision of an Attorney, I will meet with the borrowers and go over each document in which a signature is needed, witnessing the borrower's/signors' signatures, and notarizing all documents requiring my stamp and signature. Collecting funds if required, and returning all documents to escrow/title within the timeframe requested in instructions.
