Bio

I have been a notary for 29 years. I have 22 years’ experience as an Escrow and Closing Officer. Preparing CD & HUD statements and presenting loan documents with many lenders and title companies locally and nationally.

I am able to present and notarize home and commercial loans in the comfort and convenience of the buyers’, sellers’, or borrowers’ home, there office or a public location.  My experience presenting documents includes Conventional, FHA, VA, SBA, FNMA, CHFA, Reverse Mortgages, HUD and REO closings. I can present refinances, first and simultaneous seconds and purchases. I am able to accommodate buyers, sellers and realtor’s time schedules.

I am always staying on top of the industry’s changes, by taking the opportunity to continue my education in the industry when ever possible.  I served on the Mesa County Chapter Board of Directors for the Colorado Association of Certified Closers.

I cover the following counties; Mesa, Delta, Montrose, Garfield, some of San Miguel and other locations may be possible, but additional fees may apply to cover time and travel costs.

I am a certified IPEN Closer.

Your loan will be presented and notarized professionally with confidentiality and accuracy.  I look forward to working with you and your company.
