I am a Mobile Notary and Signing Agent in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.  I am with 4 years experience with over 1500 completed signings and I have taken the time to educate myself and become an expert in the Loan Signing Business.  I specialize in closing Texas Cash Outs/A6 Loans and Remote Online Notarizations. For my Texas Cash Outs I possess multiple locations around the Fort Worth area.   My priorities include having  a signing with no errors and returning documents asap to ensure the loan can be funded.  Communication is also key with all parties being updated if a signing has any issues.  I service Tarrant, Parker and Johnson counties but will occasionally travel to other counties if needed.  

Scanbacks are not an issue as I have the equipment to accommodate any request and are included in the fee accepted.
