I have completed hundreds of closings including purchase & sellers packages, refis, HELOCs, loan modifications and deed packages.  I take time to explain the documents i am having the borrower sign.  Attention to detail is important to me and while I try my best to avoid errors, rest assured I will complete any necessary corrections as soon as possible.
