My name is Billie Hara Sharp, and I'm a certified Loan Signing Agent, trained and certified through the NNA (National Notary Association).  I conduct real estate closings, and I'm familiar with purchases, sales, refinances, HELOCs, Cash-Outs, Reverse Mortgages, and a whole host of other documents that need notarizations. I have been a notary signing agent for six years, and to date, I've closed over 4,000 real estate transactions. I am personable and professional, efficient and accurate. My rates are competitive. I am NNA background screened, covered by $1million in E&O Insurance, and I'm bonded through the State of Texas.
